6. Wagering Rules

All bets placed on the platform link mega are final once confirmed by the system. You are solely responsible for reviewing all bet details before confirming. Errors made by members cannot be reversed except under exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of link mega.

• Using another person's account or allowing others to use your account.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

link mega reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time without prior notice if:

• There is strong evidence or reasonable suspicion that a member has violated any term of this agreement.
• Members involved in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal activities.
• The relevant authority has issued an order or directive to close the account in question.
• Members found using multiple accounts or sharing an account with another party.

If your account is suspended or closed due to a terms violation, link mega reserves the right to withhold any account balance while an internal investigation is conducted. The final decision regarding the balance will be made based on the findings of the investigation. If the closure is at the member's own request with no violation involved, the valid balance will be returned to you after routine checks are completed.

9. Limitation of Liability

link mega shall not be liable for any loss or damage — direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential — arising from:

• Service disruptions, downtime, or technical errors occurring beyond our reasonable control.
• Internet connection failure or device malfunction on the member's end.
• Unauthorised access to a member's account resulting from the member's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.
• Betting results affected by extraordinary circumstances such as force majeure, natural disasters, or unforeseeable events.

Any liability claim against link mega is limited to the amount deposited by the member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limit applies unless otherwise specified by applicable law.
